Worship Services

10:10 a.m. Worship, Sanctuary

This worship service features music led by our Chancel Choir and accompanied by organ.

Nursery available for birth to 3 years during the 10:10 a.m. worship service only.

Children's Worship for ages 4 through 3rd grade is held during the 10:10  a.m. worship service. The children will leave the Sanctuary after the Anthem and return at the Doxology to conclude the worship service with their families.


NOTE:  ​Masks are optional in SMPC buildings. For those not vaccinated or with health concerns, masks are recommended.

Faith Hour
9:10 a.m., Mecklenburg Hall
ALL ages gather around tables in Mecklenburg Hall to practice creative ways to dig into the Bible, practice talking about our faith with one another.

SMPC provides secure, nurturing care for children during all worship services. Rooms for infants, toddlers and preschoolers are staffed with professional nursery personnel and parent disciples. All paid nursery staff have completed SMPC Children, Youth, Volunteers and Staff Protection Policy training.

The Celebration of the Lord's Supper:
SMPC schedules Walk Through Communion services once a month.  Gluten-free options are available.  All are welcome at the table!

Worshiping Virtually? Pre-packaged communion elements may be picked up9-5 Mondays-Thursdays from the refrigerator in the church office workroom. Questions? Contact Mary Katheryne Zagora for more information and upcoming dates.












Would you like to provide flowers for worship?

The Worship Ministry invites you to sign up to provide flowers for our 10:10 a.m. Worship Service.

  • You may provide your own vase or arrangement of flowers

  • You may have a florist supply your flowers

  • You may make a donation to the Sanctuary Fund, in which case the Worship Committee will use the artificial arrangement for the service, and the note in the bulletin will read:  In lieu of flowers, a donation has been made to the Sanctuary Fund, given to the Glory of God and in honor (or memory) of _____________ by ________________.
