Boy Scout Troop 119 is proud to announce that two of their scouts received the rank of Eagle on November 4, 2009.
John Brundick, a member of SMPC, designed and implemented the construction of the beautiful natural area, brick walkways and benches outside of Mecklenburg Hall. This Eagle project was a wonderful addition to our church property.
Thomas McLean, another member of Troop 119, also enhanced the beauty of his church for his Eagle project. He and his crew of scouts performed maintenance on the Charlotte Church of Christ parking lot by removing the rotten railroad ties that enclosed the gravel parking lot and re-laid new ties. They also installed parking bumpers and did other general maintenance.
Congratulations to these new Eagle Scouts!
